EXPLORING THE "THIRD DIMENSION"
The Lucile M. Wright Air Museum is located at the Jamestown/Chautauqua County Airport overlooking beautiful Chautauqua Lake near Jamestown, New York in Chautauqua County. By Exploring the "Third Dimension" our mission is to "Motivate Youth Through Aviation" and create an awareness of air and space in the schools and community. In cooperation with Jamestown Community College the Museum offers Student Exploratory Aircraft Mechanics(SEAM) FAA On-The-Job Training leading to FAA certification and ratings. Annual scholarships are awarded to National Space Camp, Flight Training, and Jamestown Community College.
